Class Fees:    $125 for non-ICCKC members, $100 for ICCKC members​ (Starting Sept 1, 2023)

Download the Class Registration form and Waiver, and mail the completed forms along with the correct payment to the address on the Registration form. These forms, along with the payment can also be dropped off at the Training Center.

Novice, Open and Utility Drop-In Practices

These practices will now be run similar to the open obedience practices ICCKC offers Saturday mornings.

Thursdays:       

1:00 - 1:45 p.m Novice

1:45 - 2:30 p.m. Open

2:30 - 3:15 p.m. Utility

There will be a member of ICCKC available at all times to assist in your practice.   All you have to do is ask!


$10 per session per dog.

Rally Drop-In Workshops

“HOW THE HECK DO I TEACH MY DOG TO DO THAT?”

Cost:  $15 per 45-minute DROP-IN working sessions

Beginners (Rally Novice): WORKING ON THE BASICS:

heeling, fronts, finishes, turns, sits, downs, stays, change of pace, spirals, weaving, figure 8, call front, etc.

Bring your dog, leash, treats, toys, happy attitude, and questions!


Advanced through Master: THOSE PESKY HARDER SIGNS:

pivots, jumping, (including sending to jump), stand, stationery front, moving stand and down, back-up, circling, cones, and spins., etc.

Bring your dog, a leash and/or light line, toys, treats, happy attitude, and questions!

 

These open sessions are meant to instruct handler with dog how to teach and correctly perform the exercises needed for the various Rally stations without setting up the signs. Beginners is also of value for Beginner Novice Obedience.

Sign up for the matches via email to Alice at udxairedale@aol.com with the following info:


Reminder:  You must pre-register by the MONDAY before the match in order to participate.  When I receive your email, I always reply usually within a couple days confirming receipt of your entry request.  If you don't hear from me within that time frame, please assume I didn't receive it and send another email.


No payment is necessary to sign up.  Just pay at the match.

A judging schedule will be emailed to you prior to the match.  


Obedience match:  It will be run like a trial.  This is not a rent-a-ring type match.  A judge will put you through the exercises, although you won't be given a score.  Food and toys are allowed.  Gentle corrections only.  No second run-throughs per class.  Only collars allowed at an AKC trial are allowed.


Rally Match:  AKC regulation courses will be set up for all five levels.  Someone will act as a judge, although you won't be given a score.  Each exhibitor will be able to run the same dog twice in the same class.  Food and toys are allowed.  Gentle corrections only.  Only collars allowed at an AKC trial are allowed.
